WeeklyBot

Terms of Service

Last updated 5 October 2026.

These are the terms you agree to when you use WeeklyBot. If you do not agree to them, do not use it.

What WeeklyBot is

WeeklyBot is a calendar and email assistant, made and run by Sky Ventures Global, Inc. You connect a Google account, and then you can ask WeeklyBot — in its app or by text message — what your day looks like, to find a time, to create or change an event on a calendar you connected, or to deal with your mail. It acts on the calendars and mail you connected and on nothing else. It works with text: it does not create, edit or generate images.

It is invite-only

Sign-ups are closed. An account exists because someone who already had one invited you and we approved it. The service is early software: it may change, it may be unavailable, and features may be withdrawn. We may end the service, or your access to it, at any time.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure: anyone who can sign in as you can read and change the calendars you connected. If you add a mobile number, anyone holding that phone can text WeeklyBot as you — so add only a number you control, and remove it in Settings if you stop controlling it. Tell us at once if you think someone else has your account.

What you agree not to do

Invitations

An invitation is a single-use link that you forward yourself, from your own phone or your own mail. WeeklyBot never sends an invitation to the person invited. Invite people who want to be invited.

What it costs

WeeklyBot is free while it is invite-only. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages: see the SMS Terms.

It answers with software, and software gets things wrong

WeeklyBot's replies are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you rely on it — especially before a change, a cancellation, or a message to someone else. WeeklyBot is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for a meeting missed, moved or double-booked, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

Your data

The Privacy Policy says what we collect, who else sees it and how long it is kept. It is part of these terms.

Ending it

You can stop at any time: disconnect your calendars, reply STOP to stop the messages, or ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes, and contact

We may change these terms; the date above says when they last changed, and we will tell you about a change that matters. Questions go to support@weeklybot.app.
